My name is Justin Oliver, and I’m an attorney here at Divorce Matters. You know, one of the great things about living in the United States is we have all of these rights and freedoms that are afforded to us by the Constitution. And whether you’re talking about the freedom of speech or the right to peaceably assemble, or even the right to the care, custody, and control of your own child, attorneys are the guardians of those rights. And I became an attorney so that I would be the person that people could turn to when they needed to assert those rights or when they needed to protect themselves or protect their families.
You know, I really strive to advocate and advise my clients in a way that helps bring about the best possible outcome for their particular case. I uniquely tailor my strategies and techniques and my approaches to address any issues or unique problems that arise in my clients’ case. Communication is a critical skill for attorneys to have. The best attorneys that are out there are really effective communicators; you have to communicate not only with your client but with opposing party and opposing counsel. And importantly, the judge that is overseeing the case. I like I take pride in the fact that I’m a very effective communicator in all aspects of my practice. But can I tell you about me? I love barbecues, I love football. I love spending time with my family. On Friday nights, you will catch me and my wife doing karaoke in our living room, and then we get up Saturday morning and take our motorcycles into the mountains. I have a dog that sheds too much. I have a garden that’s doing remarkably well, considering I only remember to water it about once a week. So yeah, that’s me in a nutshell.
