Job description

Are you a driven, energetic Accounting/Collections Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow your career through hands-on experience, mentorship from firm leadership, and a teamwork approach? Your Qualifications

  • Vendor invoice entry and coding
  • Review accuracy and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Send out monthly reports
  • Send out monthly and quarterly collections letter
  • Responds to and resolves accounts payable inquiries and questions.
  • Responsible for task on monthly checklist as well as other duties as assigned
  • Maintains filing systems and organization of accounting documentation
  • Retrieves information and reports appropriately
  • Perform calls to clients and vendor on a regular basis for collectable ARs
  • Maintain and manage payment plans
  • Process payments
  • Set up client and prepare and allocate deposits
  • Credit Card Processing

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to Effectively Communicate with Clients and Co-Workers
  • Excel knowledge (basic knowledge)
  • Strong understanding of accounting practices
  • TABS Knowledge (not required)
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
  • Experience in accounting and working with a high volume clients and vendors
  • Good understanding of coding and accounting terminology
  • AR and AP knowledge
  • Credit Card Processing (payable)

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,592 to $49,940.80 (paid hourly).

  • You represent your clients with empathy and understanding
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • You are licensed to practice law in Colorado

Compensation:

Our Attorney compensation plan is unique given our generous revenue sharing split (bonus). This means that an Associate who has 2 years of experience has the potential to earn as much as a Senior Associate with 10 years of experience. A motivated attorney can make more than $130,000 a year with our Firm, and bonuses are paid monthly.

Comprehensive Benefits:

  • 100% company paid employee only premiums for firm standard medical and dental plans (options to add your family)
  • 401k match up to 4%
  • Traditional and Roth 401k Options
  • Voluntary Vision Plan
