Job Duties

The duties include but are not limited to, professionally answering all incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate parties, assisting with administrative tasks as requested, mail processing, office supply orders, placing lunch orders, maintaining a clean environment in the work area including break rooms and conference rooms, handling overflow calls from the intake team by screening and scheduling initial consultations with potential clients , greeting all visitors, accurately drafting contracts and managing the execution of the client onboarding documents, accurately completing New File Information sheets, running accurate conflict checks, and appointment confirmations etc.

Our Attorney compensation plan is unique given our generous revenue sharing split. This means that an Associate who has 2 years of experience has the potential to earn as much as a Senior Associate with 10 years of experience. A motivated attorney can make in excess of $130,000 with our Firm!

Qualifications

  • You must have a passion for serving clients through a human centered practice with integrity, tenacity, compassion, and excellence
  • 2+ Years of Colorado Family Law Experience
  • Experience managing your own family law cases independently from start to finish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize high quality service to all clients
  • Ability to represent clients with empathy and understanding.
  • Organized and detail oriented

Job Description

We are consistently experiencing growth and are looking for an Accounting/Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team.

The primary duties of this position are to:

  • Administer payroll accurately and timely – Must be familiar with payroll compliance & processes
  • Administer 401k accurately and timely
  • Post weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements accurately and timely
  • Accurately input data into the general ledger
  • Daily account reconciliation
  • Print/post checks
  • Resolve client questions or concerns timely and accurately
  • Escalate accounting or client issues to the attorneys or the managing partner
  • Provide a high level of client service
  • Assist team members when they are absent, or behind, including processing, telephone calls, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and support requests
  • Assist with any development or process improvement procedures
  • Other duties as needed

Essential Skills

  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Three years of accounting experience or more required
  • At least two years of payroll administration experience required
  • Experience with TABs billing software is a plus
  • Law Firm accounting experience is a plus
