The duties include but are not limited to, professionally answering all incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate parties, assisting with administrative tasks as requested, mail processing, office supply orders, placing lunch orders, maintaining a clean environment in the work area including break rooms and conference rooms, handling overflow calls from the intake team by screening and scheduling initial consultations with potential clients , greeting all visitors, accurately drafting contracts and managing the execution of the client onboarding documents, accurately completing New File Information sheets, running accurate conflict checks, and appointment confirmations etc.

Because of our ongoing growth, we are looking for the right HR Generalist to join our amazing team.  HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. One Digital) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus

Our compensation plan is also unique given our generous revenue sharing split. This means that an Associate who has 2 years of experience has the potential to earn as much as a Senior Associate with 10 years of experience!  Attorneys at Divorce Matters are empowered to grow personally and professionally with the ongoing support of the Firm around you! (A motivated attorney can make in excess of $130,000+ with our Firm.)

While we work hard, we certainly appreciate the stresses of the position and promote a great work life balance for our employees. Attorneys are offered unlimited PTO, flexible schedules, the ability to work remote, and a robust benefits package in addition to the generous compensation package.

Qualifications

  • You must have a passion for serving clients through a human centered practice with integrity, tenacity, compassion and excellence.
  • 3+ Years of Colorado Family Law Experience
  • Experience managing your own family law cases independently from start to finish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize high quality service to all clients
  • Ability to represent clients with empathy and understanding
  • Organized and detail oriented
