Your Qualifications

  • You must have 3+ Years of Colorado Family Law Experience
  • You have experience managing your own family law cases independently from start to finish

  • You are licensed to practice law in Colorado

Compensation:

Our Attorney compensation plan is unique given our generous revenue sharing split (bonus). This means that an Attorney who has 2 years of experience has the potential to earn as much as a Senior Attorney with 10 years of experience. A motivated attorney can make more than $130,000 a year with our Firm, and bonuses are paid monthly.

Job Type: Full-time exempt

Pay: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Divorce Matters is a Colorado based law firm providing legal services to families in Colorado and Washington state. We serve our clients with Integrity, Compassion, tenacity, and excellence. Our firm has excelled at client service for more than 12 years. www.divorce-matters.com

Position and Duties.

Responsible for managing a team of paralegals and legal assistants. This is a management level salaried position. As a team leader, you must exude constant effective and positive communication.

Responsible for coaching and training a group of family law paralegals to deliver their best to clients who are often at their worst. Delivers paralegals who perform above expectations and delivers highest customer services.

Understanding of team management that focuses on goal setting and accountability. Works closely with firm owners, attorneys, and marketing to achieve a high level of service and profitability.

Responsible for the profitability, customers service, and legal acumen of all legal paraprofessionals. Must have internal desire to grow yourself and your teams.

Must maintain 1200 annual billable hours while supervising and managing team of 5-10 paraprofessionals.

Education and experience Requirements.

Here are the attributes that make you stand out. This experience makes you stand out:

  • Degree In management, communications or law preferred. Other degrees will be considered.
  • At least five years of litigation experience as a paralegal, family law preferred. Experience in management, coaching and leadership is a must and demonstrated success at managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and business finance a plus, not required.
  • Ability to manage remote workers and face challenges of video management.

Hours wages and benefits.
Full time Salaried position in Greenwood Village office. This is a full time in person position. Some lite travel is required. Salary range from $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonuses.
15 days of PTO and plus holidays. Employee Health insurance fully paid.
