Clients can feel comfortable when they come to Divorce Matters because we stand behind our name, and our name means something to us. Our brand means something to us, and we want to deliver on the promises of that brand. Divorce Matters means quality legal services, great customer service, and valuable clients. We take our obligation to deliver on that promise seriously.
Our job is to take the pressure off the client. What we seek to do first and foremost is take some of the pressure and fear of the unknown away from the client, allowing them to place that trust in us. We know what’s going to happen, we can advise them, and we can answer their questions. Having someone on their team who understands the process, especially when they’ve never gone through it before, is the most important thing. This is what we do every day.
For me, it was a top-level, five-star service. From what I’ve heard from friends who have gone through this, it seemed like Divorce Matters went above and beyond my expectations.
We have a number of core values, and we work through them as a team. To me, service is the bottom line: service to our clients, service to the legal profession, and making sure that we do everything we can to maximize the outcome for our clients.
