I think making clients feel important is having the attention that two client’s cases, responding quickly and efficiently to all client inquiries. If we get an email, we’re responding that day. If we get a phone call or the very soonest opportunity we can. And so every client knows that they mean the most to us because they do. Because we respond in an efficient manner and know that they are a priority, regardless of how many clients each attorney has.
