Bio

Audrey Braccio is a compassionate and dedicated family law attorney at Divorce Matters. She has over 13 years of family law experience. She guides individuals and families through various legal issues, helping them through challenging situations and plan for a positive future.

Audrey finds deep meaning in helping families navigate difficult times. Her experience extends beyond the courtroom, having served as a mediator, as an investigator for children’s best interests, and as a foster parent. This diverse perspective allows her to approach each case with empathy and understanding while providing strong legal counsel.

“I believe in combining empathy and practicality,” Audrey says. “My goal is to empower clients with knowledge about the legal process and work collaboratively to achieve their goals.”

Audrey’s expertise encompasses the full scope of family law, including:

• Divorce: From complex high-asset divorces to amicable dissolutions, Audrey guides clients through all aspects of divorce, including property division, child custody, and spousal support.
• Child Custody: Determining the best interests of the child is at the forefront of Audrey’s approach to child custody cases. She helps parents develop workable parenting plans and advocates for their rights while prioritizing the well-being of their children.
• Other Family Law Matters: Audrey also handles cases involving parental rights, domestic violence, and other family law concerns.  She has experience in adult guardianship as well as being a Guardian ad Litem for children.

In addition to her legal experience, Audrey brings a unique perspective from her prior work as a family law mediator. This background allows her to explore alternative dispute resolution options whenever possible, aiming for efficient and cooperative outcomes for clients.

Audrey is passionate about serving the community beyond the courtroom. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and volunteers her time with the Larimer County Food Bank. In her free time, Audrey enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring our state.
