With our headquarters in Greenwood Village and offices in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, we serve our clients with integrity, compassion, tenacity, and excellence. Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney passionate about excelling in the field of law. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where client service is paramount.

Responsibilities:

    • Directly work with and provide high-quality service to our clients.
    • Collaborate closely with firm owners, attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to achieve the highest level of service and success.
    • Maintain a minimum of 1600 annual billable hours.
    • Exhibit an internal desire for personal and team growth.

Please note that this is a collaborative, in-person role requiring occasional remote work after 90-days

Education and Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of two years’ combined experience in family law and criminal law.
    • At least two years of litigation or trial experience.
    • Experience in sales, customer service, and client-facing roles is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
    • Must exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to our ever-evolving legal practice.

Compensation and Benefits:

    • This is a full-time salaried position based in either our Denver or Colorado Springs office.
    • Salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus bonuses, depending on experience and goals.
    • Light travel may be required.
    • Flexible vacation and holiday policy.
    • Employee health insurance fully paid by the company.
    • The firm offers unlimited vacation as long as the attorney maintains the required billable hours.
