Mark Smith has been practicing law in Colorado for more than thirty (30) years, with a primary focus on Family Law, including custody (allocation of parental responsibilities), child support collection, and adoption. Mark Smith has appeared in numerous cases through the Colorado County, District and Appellate Courts throughout his thirty years of law practice.
Mark Smith graduated from the University of Denver with a Juris Doctorate law degree in 1994. Mark is proud to have practiced for most of those years with Attorney Wiley C. Price (deceased).
Mark has taught domestic law classes to a variety of organizations devoted to the protection of battered and abused women, including Project Safeguard, Women in Crisis, and, on occasion, to some District Attorney victims advocate organizations.
