Looking for some 4th of July Fireworks?

There is no doubt that we are all ready to get back to normal after over a year of pandemic craziness and the 4th of July is the perfect way to do it! Check out this curated list of fireworks displays, parades, live music, and food from around the Denver area for you and the whole family to enjoy! Most events are weather permitting, so keep that in mind. However, all events are open to the public and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Pack up your lawn chairs and get ready to enjoy the show!

Arvada: Fireworks can be seen at the Stenger Sports Complex on July 4th. Gates will open at 7 pm and traffic on West 58th Avenue will be shut down at 8 pm

Aurora: Fireworks can be seen from the Aurora Municipal Center’s Great Lawn beginning at 9:30 pm on July 4th. Be sure to bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics!

Berthoud: Starting at 5 pm on July 3rd, the Bein Park Athletic Complex will host music, a kids’ zone, a children’s parade, and even food trucks! The fireworks show will begin at 9 pm.

Broomfield: The Great American Picnic will kick off at 5 pm on July 4th in the Broomfield County Commons Park. The event will include a beer garden, children’s carnival, bike parade, and live music (at 6 pm). The fireworks show will begin at 9:30 pm.

Castle Rock: The fireworks show will start at 9:30 pm on July 4th. The fireworks are being set off from the top of the Santa Fe Quarry Butte and there should be great viewing from various places in town

Commerce City: Fireworks can be seen from around the Colorado Rapids stadium after their July 4th game

Denver: On July 2nd and 3rd, the Rockies will be setting off fireworks at Coors Field after their games. These fireworks should be visible, even from outside the stadium. Elitch Gardens will also be hosting a dusk fireworks display on the 4th.

Englewood: Starting at 5 pm on July 3rd, Belleview and Cornerstone parks will host kids’ activities and food trucks. The fireworks show will begin at 9:15 pm.

Erie: Fireworks will be visible from Erie Community Park on July 3rd

Glendale: Fireworks will start at 9:15 pm on July 2nd and will be visible from Creekside Park. Street closures will begin at 7:30 pm and run until 10:30 pm.

Golden: Fireworks will start at 9:30 pm on July 4th and can be viewed from Lion Park ballfields

Highlands Ranch: Highlands Ranch has a variety of activities, starting with a family, pet, and bike parade at 8:30 am and a community parade at 9 am. Fireworks will be visible around South Quebec St. and South University Blvd. at 9:30 pm

Lakewood: Fireworks will be set off from Jeffco Stadium at 9:15 on July 3rd. The show should be visible for a 1.5 mile radius around the stadium.

Louisville: Fireworks will start at 9:45 pm on July 4th. Visit the city’s website for designated viewing areas.

Loveland: Loveland is offering a “drive-in” show at the Ranch Events Complex at 9:15 pm

Northglenn: While the city won’t be hosting fireworks, they will be hosting Fourth of July events at 4 different parks in conjunction with Westminster’s fireworks display

Parker: Fireworks will begin at 9:30 pm on the 4th . Food trucks and live music will be available for a fee!

Thornton: Family activities will begin at 4 pm on the 4th with food, drinks, live music, and a presentation of colors

Westminster: The fireworks display will begin at 9:15 pm on July 4th at Westminster City Park
