Happy National Beer Day! Colorado is known for some of its amazing craft breweries and on this holiday, we wanted to take a second to highlight some of the best! We have assembled a list, with help from Uncover Colorado, of the best places for a good beer all over the state. You can also see a Colorado brewery Map and List here! And if you aren’t into beer, don’t worry! We’ve included a cidery, as well. Happy Drinking!

Wynkoop Brewing Company

Wynkoop Brewing Company is Colorado’s first brewpub! At the moment, they aren’t offering public tours, but private tours are still an option. If that doesn’t sound appealing to you, you can still have brunch, lunch, or dinner at their onsite restaurant and enjoy Wynkoop beers along with your food! Check out their website here.

Coors Brewery

The Coors Brewery is nestled in the foothills of Golden, Colorado and has been brewing up beer since 1873. You can enjoy tours through the brewery, which cost $20 per person. Reservations are available 30 days prior to the tour. To book a tour, visit their website.

Odell Brewing Company

Odell has a few different locations for your to visit, including locations in Fort Collins, Five Points in Denver, Sloan’s Lake, and a winery in Fort Collins! Their original location in Fort Collins features an outdoor patio, beer flights, daily food trucks, weekly live music, and even beer to go! New Belgium Brewing Company

New Belgium has locations in Fort Collins and in Denver! Their main location in Fort Collins offers free tours, guided tastings, group brewery tours, and private brewery tours! Learn more about how you can visit them at either of their Colorado locations on their website!

Avery Brewing Company

The Avery Brewing Company is located in Boulder, Colorado! While they aren’t currently offering tours due to COVID-19, you cans till visit their gorgeous taproom, which offers great food and a huge variety of their beers on tap! Check out their menu and hours here.

Knotted Root Brewing Company

Knotted Root is located in downtown Nederland in a beautiful red barn. Knotted Root is unique in that their beer is not widely distributed! The brewery itself offers a variety of beers to both try on site and to take home. Learn about where and when you can visit here.

Mahogany Ridge Brewery and Grill

Mahagony Ridge handcrafts each of their beers in their Steamboat Springs location, in addition to offering amazing food! You can see their menus, hours, and more here.

Stem Ciders Rino Taproom

This taproom is the perfect brewery substitute for anyone who can’t have or doesn’t like beer! The River North location in Denver offers a variety of ciders, including flights and seasonal flavors that change throughout the year.
