Yherra Cabardo is a Client Relations Specialist at Divorce Matters, bringing more than 10 years of customer service experience to the firm. She has always enjoyed helping people feel supported, especially during stressful or overwhelming times. Throughout her career, Yherra has worked in fast-paced environments and has supported clients through sensitive situations, which has helped shape her calm, compassionate, and understanding approach.

Yherra was drawn to family law because it is such a personal and vulnerable area of life. She understands that many people reaching out are not only looking for legal guidance, but are also feeling scared, heartbroken, or unsure of what to do next. Her goal is to be a calm and caring voice on the other end of the phone and to help each potential client feel heard, respected, and supported from the very first conversation.

As a Client Relations Specialist, Yherra is often one of the first friendly voices potential clients speak with at Divorce Matters. She listens carefully to their story, answers questions honestly, gathers important information, and helps schedule them with the right attorney or legal professional. She sees her role as a bridge between a client’s difficult situation and the professional support they need, helping make the process feel less intimidating.

What Yherra enjoys most about the intake process is being able to provide clarity and comfort. She loves those moments when someone who sounded anxious or guarded begins to feel more at ease because they know they are being truly heard and have a clear next step forward.

Outside of work, Yherra enjoys caring for her cats, spending time at home, traveling, and dining at her favorite cafés. These simple joys help her stay grounded, patient, and mindful, qualities she brings into every client interaction.
