Sherrizah “Shey” Angcot is a Client Relations Specialist at Divorce Matters, bringing over 5 years of experience in customer service and client relations. Her background includes customer support, lead verification, appointment setting, and handling escalated matters across different industries. Through that experience, Shey has developed a calm, professional, and compassionate approach to helping people feel supported during stressful situations.

Shey was drawn to family law because she has always enjoyed helping people during uncertain and difficult times. She understands that when someone reaches out to a family law firm, they may be feeling overwhelmed, emotional, or unsure of where to begin. For Shey, client relations is about more than simply gathering information; it is about being a kind and reassuring voice for someone who may be going through one of the hardest chapters of their life.

As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, Shey helps guide people through the intake process with compassion, patience, and professionalism. She listens carefully, gathers important details, answers questions, and helps connect potential clients with the right next step. Her goal is to make the process feel less intimidating and to ensure each person feels comfortable, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

What Shey enjoys most about the intake process is being able to truly listen and help people feel heard. She knows that reaching out for legal help can feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in helping potential clients feel more at ease. Whether someone is ready to schedule a case assessment or simply trying to understand their options, Shey strives to provide clarity, reassurance, and kindness in every conversation.

Outside of work, Shey enjoys watching movies, playing computer games, and spending time with her cats. She has more than 10 cats, including rescues and strays that she helps feed and care for. Her love for animals reflects the same patience, compassion, and nurturing nature she brings to her role at Divorce Matters.
