What is an Early Neutral Assessment (ENA)?
A blend of collaborative law and traditional mediation which provides couples with a new way to resolve their divorce. Instead of meeting with a single mediator, the parties meet with a team of two evaluators. One is usually a mental health expert and the other is usually an attorney experienced in mediation who has had no prior involvement with the case. The combined expertise of a mental health expert and an unbiased attorney can help parties settle their differences quickly and amicably.
